Official Board
The Official Board of the Embassy publishes documents that have not been delivered to the addressee in person, through a postal service operator or in another appropriate manner in accordance with the provisions of Section 169b(4) of Act No.326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic and on amendments to certain acts, as amended.
In accordance with the aforementioned provision of the Act, the document shall be published for 15 days in a manner allowing remote access and shall be deemed to have been served on the fifteenth day after publication.
Official Board serves as a means to deliver decisions on visa applications that the applicant did not collect in person or did not receive by mail. The currently published decisions can be accessed in the Czech part of the web → kindly click here.
