On 8 December 2021, the V4 Innovation Webinar was co-organised by the Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce Singapore - CEEC, where the V4 countries presented their innovative companies and projects to the Singaporean audience, especially from the governmental sector. Speeches by senior officials from the V4 countries started the event. On behalf of the Singaporean government spoke Mr. Chng Kai Fong, Second Permanent Secretary of the Smart Nation and Digital Government Group. On behalf of the Czech Republic, Mr. Petr Kaiser, Special Envoy for Science Diplomacy, introduced the Czech innovation and research environment, highlighting not only the Czech tradition in research, but also the prestigious results of current scientific work.

In the second part of the webinar, individual companies and professional associations presented themselves. For Czechia, it was first the City for the Future initiative aimed at a unified offer of smart city solutions for cities and municipalities. The second entity was the ICT Unie, which offered its know-how in the field of digitalization. In total, 8 entities from 4 countries presented themselves at the event, which aroused interest on the Singaporean side and proved that the V4 region has a lot to offer even in such a competitive environment as Singapore.
