Czech POINT
The Czech Embassy in Singapore is integrated into the Czech POINT network of assisted public administration centres where every citizen can obtain all the information on the data kept on him or her by the state in its central registers.
Applicants need to schedule an appointment in advance by e-mail ONLY! The address and office hours of the consulate can be found in the "about the Embassy" section of our website.
IMPORTANT: A valid identification document is required at the appointment - i. e. Czech ID or passport for Czech citizens or passport ONLY for citizens of any other country.
Czech POINT services for the public can generally be divided into the following categories:
- extracts from public administration information systems - e.g. extract from the Criminal Register or the Real Estate Register;
- submissions to the state administration - e.g. registration of a company in the Business Register;
- basic registers - e.g. extracts from basic registers, or submission of a request to change data;
- data boxes "Datová schránka" - e.g. request for setting up a data box, request for invalidation of access data and issuance of new ones, etc.;
- on-demand conversions and related services - Safekeeping and Central Repository of Authentication Clauses;
- remote identification of the person.
