On May 16, 2024, Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Shanghai participated in the Open House event held at the Consulate General of Belgium in Shanghai.

Event organized together with other EU countries including Netherlands, Luxembourg, Romania, Malta, Finland, etc. offered glimpse of European culture, products and food to more than 1500 visitors.The Czech Republic displayed its representative crystal glassware and offered visitors a taste of Czech agriculture products such as Litovel and Pilsner Urquell beers, Marlenka honey cakes and a wide range of cereal snacks from BonaVita.

The Czech Republic also prepared a unique stamp for the special EU passport customized for the event, which together with the delicious food allowed visitors to experience a mini European trip.
