Exhibition of photographs „Czech Soldiers in Foreign-Deployed Operations“

The Permanent Representation hosts an exhibition of photographs, some of which won the Czech Press Photo 2009 awards.

The exhibition will be opened on Monday 3 May 2010 at 16:30 by the Chief of the General Staff of the Army of the Czech Republic, General Vlastimil Picek, and the Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the Political and Security Committee, Ambassador Václav Bálek.
The photos document life and work of Czech soldiers in a range of missions abroad. The exhibition includes photographs that won the Czech Press Photo 2009 awards and will run until 31 May. It is organised jointly by the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU and the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.
