Czech Street Party coming back to Brussels after 4 year pause!

On Friday 31st May the Czech Street Party is set to transform Place de la Monnaie in the Brussels city center from 2 PM until 10 PM, promising a fusion of Czech music & gastronomy and presentation of various regions of the Czech Republic in the heart of the European capital.

This event marks a significant continuation of a cherished tradition – the Czech Street Party, typically hosted on Rue Caroly, finds itself at a new venue in Brussels city center this year.

The Czech Street Party is not merely a festival; it's a celebration of milestones. This year, it commemorates 20 years of the Czech Republic's membership in the EU. Since its accession in 2004, the Czech Republic has played an integral role in the EU's cultural, economic, and political landscape. The street party serves as a testament to the European motto united in diversity.

Visitors to the Czech Street Party can expect a kaleidoscope of experiences. Live music performances will reverberate through the Place de la Monnaie, featuring a diverse range of genres from folklore to modern beats, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy. On individual stands, visitors will have the opportunity to get to know better various regions of the Czech Republic and of course, no Czech celebration would be complete without indulging in the culinary delights and Czech beer.

However, the Czech Street Party is not just about entertainment and gastronomy; it's also an occasion for cultural exchange and dialogue. Throughout the event, visitors will have the chance to engage with experts who will share insights into the country's history, language, and customs. Interactive quizzes will accompany the afternoon with valuable prizes to be won.

So mark your calendars and join us on the 31st of May as we come together to celebrate Czech culture, friendship, and the enduring bonds that unite us as Europeans. The Czech Street Party awaits.
