  • The infoline is available every working day (excluding holidays) from 14:00 - 15:00 local time. The infoline is dedicated for answering general questions regarding the visa process. No questions regarding the current status of visa application are going to be answered.

  • The emergency line for the Czech citizens is available anytime in emergency cases only, such as lost passports, accident, injury, etc. No information regarding visa processes is going to be provided.

Monday – Thursday:

9:00 – 16:00 - submission of long term visa and residence permit applications (after previous booking of appointment only)

14:00 - 16:00 - submission of additional documents, documents collection, passport/visa collection

Friday:

10:30 - 11:30 - submission of documents for superlegalization (after previous booking of appointment only)

14:00 - 16:00 - submission of additional documents, documents collection
