On 3 November 2020, Ambassador Libor Sečka and Military attaché col. Jiří Niedoba, accompanied by Czech football players Tomáš Souček and Vladimír Coufal and their families, visited Pinner New Cemetery in the Harrow borough of London. In compliance with strict hygiene measures, they laid flowers at the graves of seven Czechoslovak soldiers who died in the United Kingdom during World War II.
We are very happy that both national team players, who are currently playing for the West Ham United team in the Premiere League, feel like Czech patriots and have decided to join our Never Forgotten initiative. Thank you and we look forward to further cooperation!
