Mr. Vondráček visited the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo and its famous and traditional military bands parade. For the first time in its history and on the occasion of the Centenary of Czechoslovakia, the Czech Army Central Band and also the Ondráš Ensemble participated at the Tattoo. Mr. Vondáček also supported the Czech team during the multi-sport 2018 European Championships in Glasgow. As for the political consultations, Mr. Vondáček met with the Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh Mr. Frank Ross, the Deputy Presiding Officer of the Scottish Parliament Ms. Christine Grahame and, the Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Tourism and External Affairs Ms. Fiona Hyslop.
