The Castle of Štiřín is only 25 km away from Prague. The 18th century Baroque chateau is being offered including its extensive grounds. The castle complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several halls for congresses or cultural events, facilities for sports and relaxation services. The chateau building also includes a chapel. There is also the Atis House with a wellness centre and a castle park with landscaping for golf. The grounds are not used.

The minimum price for this historic building is set at CZK 720 000 000. In order to maximize transparency and public control, the Office for State Representation in Property Affairs has announced the sale through a tender procedure with an electronic auction, which will begin on 1st October 2026 at 10 a.m. and will end on 2nd October 2026 at 10 a.m.

Deadline for the deposit of CZK 20 000 000: 30th September 2026 until 11:59 p.m.
