Robin Dunnigan discussed with the MFA representatives the Czech-US bilateral cooperation; a strong relation between both states is a long term constant of the Czech foreign policy. There were further discussed the EU-US and EU-NATO cooperation, US involvement in the Three Seas Initiative. The Czech Republic supports a close EU-US cooperation, and welcomes the establishment of the EU-US Trade and Technology Council and of the various strategic consultations mechanisms, e.g. High Level EU-US Dialogue on Russia, Dialogue on China and planned consultations on Indo-Pacific. The talks involved the Czech EU Presidency priorities Western Balkan and Eastern Europe, while in particular the actual situation in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova were discussed. There was an agreement of longstanding support for human rights and democracy, possibilities of cooperation in Cuba and Venezuela talked over.
