
Deputy Minister Lukáš Kaucký Received Secretary General of the Central European Initiative

On 21 January 2019, the new Secretary General of the Central European Initiative (CEI) Roberto Antonione visited Prague on the first leg of his CEI Member States tour.
In the Czernin Palace he discussed with the Deputy Ministers Lukáš Kaucký and Aleš Chmelař the future of the Organization associating nine EU members and eight non-EU countries. They have also talked about the priorities of the new CEI leadership, the ideas of the Czech diplomacy on the Czech Republic's involvement in the CEI activities and projects, and the cooperation of the Central European Initiative with the European Union and other organizations and institutions. The Secretary General also met representatives of the Parliamentary Delegation of the Czech Republic to the CEI Parliamentary Assembly.
