Mr. Hulicius is specialist on the functioning of the EU institutions, the EU budget, the Single market, the Common Agricultural Policy, Consumer protection policies, Health and Food Safety, and Visa and Asylum policy issues. He has written “History of Belgium” and “History of Luxembourg” (Libri, 2005, 2006).  He is a member of the Christian Democratic Union of Czechia since 2012.
