Economic Ties
THE CZECH REPUBLIC
The Czech Republic has joined the EU on May 2004. Its strategic location in the heart of Europe makes its economy a hub for trade, commerce, industry and investments. Thus, the Czech Republic will have a leading economic role in Europe.
The advantages of doing business in the Czech Republic, beyond its location, include its relatively low cost of labor, highly qualified work force and governmental resources supporting foreign business ventures.
THE STATE OF ISRAEL
The state of Israel is a developed country in the Middle East. It is, in many ways, similar to the developed countries of the globe. The economic changes since the early 90's have brought Israeli High-Tech to the forefront, while several segments of traditional industries are slowly disappearing.
For Czech manufacturers, mainly in traditional fields, there is a great opportunity to penetrate the Israeli market with distinguished and competitive Czech goods.
