The Czech Republic National Stand at the PLMA 2019 Trade Fair

Totally seventeen exhibitors from the food sector presented their products at the PLMA 2019 Czech national stand.
As in the previous years the Czech Republic was again present with its national stand at the PLMA 2019 private label fair, that took place on 21 - 22 May at the RAI Exhibition Center in Amsterdam. The CzechTrade stand included expositions of seventeen exhibitors who presented their food sector products.
The Czech Ambassador to the Netherlands Jana Reinišová during her visit to the stand showed interest in the fair's contribution to export results of the exhibitors and in their contacts with the retails chains operating in the Netherlands.
The market share of the private labels products in the Netherlands was 30 % in 2018. This is comparable with e.g. France (33 %) but below Germany (40 %) or even the UK which has the highest private label products share (53 %) in Europe.
