2) When Apply and How to Make an Appointment?

The application can be submitted no earlier than 6 months before your departure but no later than 15 days. The applicant has to submit his/her application in person. Parents/legal guardians apply on behalf of a child younger than 15 years.  However, children over 11 must be present when a visa application is submitted as fingerprints are taken.
