• ► Send your email request, which fulfils our requirements, to the appropriate dedicated address only on the specified date and within the specified time period. Registration is always open for 6 hours and the final list of requests is generated automatically and randomly, therefore the first-come, first-served rule does not apply.

• ► Requests sent before the specified date and at the specified time will be discarded.

• ► Our email box will send you an automatic reply based on the status of your request. It informs you that:

  • → your request was received. However, it is not a confirmation of your appointment. Your request can be discarded if it doesn't fulfil requirements or if your travel is earlier than 15 days before the appointment date. We will confirm your appointment by email within 3 working days.

  • → or your request was refused because there are no more available appointments. Don't send another request until the next scheduled date and time. When the number of received requests reaches the quota, the email box will close, and exceeding requests are automatically placed on a waiting list. They can be processed only if cancellation of an already given appointment will happen.
