• ► Requests sent before the specified date and at the specified time will be discarded.

• ► Our email box will send you an automatic reply based on the status of your request. It informs you that:

  • → your request was received. However, it is not a confirmation of your appointment. Your request can be discarded if it doesn't fulfil the requirements or if your travel is earlier than 15 days before the appointment date. We will confirm your appointment by email within 3 working days.

  • → or your request was refused because there are no more available appointments. Don't send another request until the next scheduled date and time.
