At the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Dublin you can apply for:

• Short term Schengen visa, long term visa, long-term residence permit – all by appointment only;
• Czech Police Vetting / Criminal Record;
• Statements from the Czech Property Register;
• A new access code to the Czech Government's Data Box, to add Administrator for Data Box; to change address or name of verified person;
• Legalization of signatures, authentication of seals, photocopies and translations;
• Copy of Birth / Marriage / Death Certificate from the Czech Registrar Office;
• Czech Authentication for international acceptance (Apostille stamp).

For all applications it is necessary to submit a valid passport or ID.
