On October 5, 2023, a lecture by Ambassador-at-Large for Energy Security Václav Bartuška, took place at the Dublin headquarters of the prestigious Irish think tank Institute of International and European Affairs (IIEA). This lecture took place as part of implementing the Agenda 2030 project.
