Consultations of Deputy Minister Dürr in Ireland

Deputy Minister for Europe Jakub Dürr held consultations in Ireland on November 27, 2017. During his stay in Dublin he met with Second Secretary General of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Ireland Rory Montgomery and with Second Secretary General of the Office of the Taoiseach (Office of Prime Minister) of Ireland and sherpa John Cullinan.

The working consultations focused on exchange of views related to the current EU agenda and its future, in particular on the current negotiations of the termination of the membership of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the European Union, and its serious impacts on Ireland. The counterparts assessed the bilateral relations of both countries as good and without problems and expressed interest in their concrete development.
