In connection with the full implementation of the Schengen acquis by Bulgaria and Romania, we would like to inform our clients that as of 31 March 2024, only Dresden Visa Centre is the competent authority that receives and further processes all applications for visas and residence permits of long-term and legally residing third-country nationals in Bulgaria and Romania.
