Our Consulate is the representation of the public administration of the Czech Republic in the Republic of Lebanon and therefore we work on delivering a high quality consular assistance service to Czech nationals. We also evaluate visa applications and issue visas to foreign nationals seeking to visit the Czech Republic. The Consular section has been temporarily assigned with the visa agenda for Syrian nationals as of December 2012.

What do we do for the Czech nationals?

We handle matters related to Czech passports, legalisation and registry agenda. We help our citizens in distress or other emergency situations, such as hospitalization, detention or imprisonment.

What can we do for foreign citizens?

·Verification of copies, translations and signatures

• Basic information about travelling to the Czech Republic
• Basic information about living in the Czech Republic
• We establish entry visas to foreign citizens and  inform them about immigration-, residence- and work permits.

Please note that the Embassy does not provide translation and interpretation services.
