Federica Mogherini and the Prime Minister Tamam Salam

 

On March 21, 2016 the EU High Representative for Foreign Relations and Security Policy Federica Mogherini visited  Lebanon. She met with the Prime Minister Tamam Salam, President of the Parliament Nabih Berri, Minister of Foreign Affairs Gibran Bassil, Special representative of the UN Secretary General Sigrid Kaag and with the Chief of the UNIFIL Mission Maj. Gen. Luciano Portolano. She also visited a school in Zahle (Central Bekaa) supported by the EU and had a meeting with the EU Ambassadors in Beirut.
