Presentation of DEIK on the modernization of the EU-Turkey customs union

On 8 October 2019, representatives of the Czech Embassy in Ankara attended, together with other ambassadors and trade councils of EU Member States, a presentation of the DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) report on the modernization of the EU-Turkey customs union.

The report, entitled "The Business Case for Turkey - EU Customs Union 2.0", presented Turkey's business perspective on the benefits of modernizing the Customs Union between the EU and Turkey.
