Two missions of famous Czech healthcare program MEDEVAC took place in June 2024 in West Africa. 

Specialists in the field of gynecology travelled to Tamale, where they performed more than 70 life-saving surgeries. Since 5 years ago, when the program's activities took off in Ghana, the number of treated patients amounts to several thousand.

Consecutively, a preparation team of the program consisting of the specialists in the fields of gynecology and traumatology travelled to Abidjan to conduct a survey of possible local partners for launching the project in Côte d'Ivoire as well.
