Ceremonial handover of Czech plasma sterilizers for Greater Accra Regional Hospital

On July 23, 2025, the Czech Ambassador to Ghana ceremoniously handed over a gift to the Director of the Greater Accra Regional Hospital. The Czech government's gift, provided as part of development assistance in the amount of almost 240.000 USD, includes modern equipment for plasma sterilization of medical instruments, sterilization materials and training of professional personnel. The modern equipment will allow replacing standard sterilization methods with their limitations. Plasma sterilization will significantly contribute to increasing the efficiency of healthcare activities and will have a positive impact on patient care. The Czech company S.E.D.A. Consulting is the implementer of the gift.
