Important conditions
Each applicant can only send one email. If more than one email is sent for an applicant in a given registration window, that applicant will be automatically removed from the registration. This also applies if the emails are sent from other addresses, but for the same person.
A family can apply together in one e-mail, from the same e-mail address. Children (minors under 18 years of age) automatically get an appointment with their parents, if the children also require visas. Therefore, the same e-mail address can be used to book an appointment for parents and children (minors under 18 years of age).
Group registration (up to 25 persons)
For group registrations of non-tourist organised groups (e.g. official delegations, sports teams, artistic groups,...) please use the following address: Yerevan.Group@mzv.gov.cz
In this case, the registration e-mail contains the travel document numbers of all registered persons in the subject line and the body of the e-mail contains all the information required above about all applicants. Attached must be scans of passport data pages and a document confirming the purpose of the stay with a list of all registered persons.
The maximum group size is 25 persons.
Please note: for tourism, visiting, business, health and employment purposes, you must always register individually (unless registering for family).
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE ABOVE RULES, THE REGISTRATION EMAIL WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISCARDED.
Please note that attempts to send registrations in bulk, using software tools, may be evaluated as spam by the mzv.gov.cz domain's anti-spam security system, and such registrations will not be considered. Registration e-mails for which the sender activates the impossibility of replying in a copy to the registration e-mail will be excluded from the registration.
Registration dates for visa applications
Registration for visa applications in the above form will take place on the 15th and 30th of each month (in February, except for the 15th, it will be the last day of the month) from 20:00 to 02:00 Armenian local time. The registration window is open for 6 hours. Registration will always start at the exact time indicated. We generally recommend sending registration emails at the beginning of the registration window.
What will follow?

The number of confirmed registrations for applications is subject to the capacity of the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Yerevan. Applicants who can no longer be admitted for capacity reasons will also be informed accordingly. The date and time of the appointment is fixed and must be respected by the applicants.
