The Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs is offering the exceptional grounds of Štiřín Chateau only 25 km from Prague for sale in an electronic auction.

The 18th–century Baroque chateau is being offered including extensive grounds. The chateau complex offers accommodation in 64 hotel rooms, divided into five buildings. There are also two restaurants, a wine bar, a dining room, several social halls (for congresses or cultural events), facilities for sports and relaxation services. The chateau building also includes a chapel. There is also the Atis House with a wellness centre and a chateau park. The complex is not in use. It is mandatory to register for the tour with the contact person listed below.
