Scholarships for Israeli students in 2018

We would like to inform you about scholarships that the Czech government annually offers to Israeli students within the framework of intergovernmental exchange program. Scholarships of this type are designed for university/college students or graduates and Ph.D. candidates  who wish to undertake study or research visits to one of the Czech public institutions of higher education (universities) in the academic year 2018/2019. Each application dossier must comprise completely and legibly filled out application form and the following required attachments: curriculum vitae, list of publications (if applicable), medical certificate, two letters of recommendation from academic supervisors or employer, photocopy of diploma (if applicable) and certified transcript(s) of records.
 

In 2018 Czech government is also offering six scholarships for summer course of Czech language that consist of free board and lodging, coverage of course fees and free access to cultural events which are part of the course program. Each application dossier for the scholarship must comprise completely and legibly filled out application form, photo and curriculum vitae. The participants from Israel can apply for courses in:

1) PRAGUE - 27 July - 24 August 2018 (scholarship for 4 participants from Israel, Charles University)

2) BRNO - 21 July - 18 August 2018 (scholarship for 2 participants from Israel, Masaryk University)

Applications must be submitted by the end of February 2018 to Cultural, Press and Education Attaché Arthur Polzer (arthurpolzer@gmail.com). Application forms are available at the website of the Czech Embassy in Tel Aviv.
