• Support of the Civil society, including Human right defender issues;
• Media - promoting quality, plurality and independence of the media,
• Participation - promoting citizen involvement in public decision-making at all levels (local, regional, national);
• Support of democratic institutions development; 
• Support of equality and non-discrimination;
• Support of human rights on congestion with employment and environment.

Submission terms:

• In order to be considered eligible, your Project Proposal should be hand delivered:
• In sealed envelope to the Czech Embassy, Chavchavadze Avenue 37-block VI, 0179 Tbilisi on or before October 30, 12:00hrs, 2015;
• To email: tbilisi@embassy.mzv.cz  

Each submitted proposal should include:

• Project’s brief annotation, including objectives and expected activities;
• Justification of the need / sustainability of the project;
• Budget framework;
• A list of basic information about partner organization(s) if any.

Overall budget for the project should not exceed 15.000 EUR
