Besides Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze, the reception was attended by State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs David Zalkaliani, some other deputy ministers, members of the Parliament of Georgia, representatives of the diplomatic corps, trade companies, Czech compatriots as well as representatives of Georgian cultural circles. The guests could taste specialities of Czech cuisine, including Kozel beer produced in Georgia in Natakhtari brewery, and view some of the panels of the “Czech Gems”  exhibition.  

 

At the opening of the event, the national anthems of the Czech Republic and Georgia were sung with great emotional power by the Children´s Choir of the Evgeni Mikeladze Music school in Tbilisi, conducted by Badri Jimsheleishvili.
