“Landr Company” introduced a new Project „Green Resort“ at the premises of Czech Embassy in Tbilisi on 5th December 2018. The aim of the presentation was to share information about the project with representatives of Ministry of Economy of Georgia, Ministry of Economy and Finance of Adjara, and local and Czech businessmen. Apartment houses, spa, wellness, and golf club are expected to be built as part of the project in Kobuleti. The beginning of works is planned to be launched in the first half of 2019.
