Applicants must physically deliver the following completed documents to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Georgia (37 Chavchavadze Ave, entrance from Levan Mikeladze Street, formerly Abuladze) no later than on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 3 p.m.:

1. Summer School 2024 (DOCX, 40 KB)

2. Curriculum vitae in Czech or English;

3. Copy of identity card.

The documents can be handed over at the reception of the Embassy of the Czech Republic during working hours:

Monday - Thursday               8.15 am - 12.00 pm and 12.30 pm - 5.00 pm

Friday                                       8.15 am - 12.00 pm and 12.30 pm - 3.45 pm
