Today, on 19 March in Tallinn, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Estonian e‑Governance Academy on cooperation in strengthening cybersecurity in Ukraine.
The overall objective of the project is to enhance the capacity of the Dnipropetrovsk Region and its municipalities to provide secure, cyber‑resilient digital public services that ensure continuity, data protection, and improved access to administrative services, particularly for vulnerable groups, including demobilised veterans.
Ukraine continues to operate under conditions of full‑scale war, facing not only kinetic threats but also persistent and sophisticated cyberattacks targeting public institutions, digital public services, and critical infrastructure. Cyber operations have become an integral part of the conflict, aiming to disrupt governance, compromise sensitive data, and undermine public trust. In such an environment, cybersecurity is a key element of national resilience and continuity of government.
