Exhibition of Photography by Jaromír Funke

On May 14, the exhibition “Jaromir Funke and avant-garde photography in Czechoslovakia from 1922 to 1950" was inaugurated in Estonian Art Gallery KUMU. The presentation of this important field of Czechoslovakian artistic work in the last century is possible thanks to cooperation of KUMU and Moravian Gallery in Brno which provided most of the exhibited pieces.

The exhibition was opened jointly by director of Estonian Art museum KUMU A. Liivak, ambassador of the Czech Republic R. Kadlčák and curator of the Moravian gallery A. Dufek.  The opening ceremony was also attended by the deputy director of the Moravian Gallery O. Chrobák.

The exhibition will be open till the end of August 2015.
