We are pleased to share some exciting news regarding the formation of a new partnership between two Czech companies and a leading Taiwanese firm in the rapidly growing space industry.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone for all parties involved, and we are honored to announce this development. The MoU was signed at the Czech Space Pavilion at the Space Tech Expo Europe in Bremen, Germany on November 19th, 2025.
Three leading space technology companies — Stellar Exploration s.r.o. (Czech Republic), Spacemanic CZ s.r.o. (Czech Republic), and Tensor Tech Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) — have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a new Czech–Taiwan cooperation framework in CubeSat and SmallSat development.
The partnership unites the companies’ complementary strengths:
- Stellar Exploration will serve as Mission & Payload Prime, contributing expertise in propulsion, power systems, and payload technologies.
- Spacemanic will lead platform development, integration, and launch coordination.
- Tensor Tech will provide advanced Attitude Determination and Control Systems (ADCS) and precision sensor technologies.
The MoU outlines joint work on sustainable and regulation-compliant nano & small satellite platforms, designed to meet EU Space Act, ESA Zero Debris Charter, and related global deorbit standards. Beyond technology integration, the cooperation will focus on customer missions featuring Stellar’s proprietary payloads, including GNSS Radio Occultation, GNSS spoofing and interference detection, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and RF/SIGINT sensors.
According to Jakub Ševeček, CEO of Stellar Exploration: “This cooperation represents a meaningful step in connecting European and Taiwanese innovation. Together, we aim to develop sustainable, high-performance small satellites ready for the next generation of missions — both for our institutional partners and global customers.”
The Czech–Taiwan partnership reflects the growing industrial alignment between European and Asian space ecosystems, and supports future participation in ESA, EU Horizon Europe, and Taiwanese space programs.
