During this period all consular fees at the Consulate General in Sydney must be paid IN CASH ONLY. Clients must bring enough cash to pay for consular fees.

We would also like to draw attention to the opening hours of the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Sydney, which will be closed on the following days in observance of public holidays: 

Wednesday 24 December 2025       Christmas Eve
Thursday 25 December 2025           Christmas Day
Friday 26 December 2025                Second Day of Christmas
Thursday 1 January 2026                 Restoration Day of the Independent Czech State, New Year’s Day

On all other days during the holiday period not specified above, the Consulate General will be open during the usual opening hours to the public.
