On November 30, 2023, a working meeting took place between the Consul-General of the Czech Republic in Sydney Zuzana Slováková together with the Deputy Consul-General Hana Landová, and the President of the Legislative Council of the Parliament of New South Wales Ben Franklin.

Among other points, they discussed the issue of renewing a Parliamentary Friends of the European Union group, as well as the option of collaboration between the Parliament of New South Wales and the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Sydney in the cultural sphere.
