The aim of the meeting was to discuss further possibilities for the development of Czech-Swedish cooperation in the defence industry. The meeting began with a brief presentation on the current trade defence cooperation between Sweden and the Czech Republic by Chargé d’affaires a.i. Martin Bašta, which was followed by a presentation from representatives of the Swedish party. The Czech Republic has a long-term interest in the maximum involvement of the Czech defence and security industry in Swedish projects and at the same time in strengthening the export of Czech defence and security technologies to the Swedish market.
