You can arrange your appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the telephone number 00359-2-948-68-00 where you can also get further information. Family members of EU citizens do not have to arrange appointment for submitting their visa applications.

Applicants without appointments can be admitted only if there is no previous appointment on given time. Last applicant who has not made an appointment can be accepted at 12:00 at the latest. Even though consular officers do their best to keep the times of appointments, exceptionally it is not possible to avoid waiting of these applicants. Nevertheless applicants with appointments who appear on time are always admitted on the same day.

Visas can be collected with no previous appointment. The time of issuing of passports with visa stickers is always set by respective consular officer.

We strictly recommend arranging an appointment! Otherwise you risk unnecessary waiting or even refusal of processing of your application or other requirement!
