Handover of vehicles financed from a Czech donation to Macedonian Police

On the November 4th a handover ceremony of 10 vehicles (Fiat Ducato) to the state police and rapid deployment units of Macedonian took place. The purchase of the vehicles was financed by part of a financial contribution donated by the Czech Republic in 2018.
During the ceremony, the cars were presented, police demonstrated an intervention and the Minister spoke to media. In his speech, Minister expressed his gratitude towards the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Czech Republic and described their cooperation as unique and indispensable. It is a long-standing material and knowledge support and in future the cooperation could evolve in the form of joint training. Macedonian police highly value the gained experience in the joint operation with the Czech policemen serving in the south border, where the Czech Republic is one of the largest foreign contingent.
