On May 28, 2021, Ambassador Miroslav Toman, at the award ceremony, personally received the plaque of gratitude from the director Bekim Maksuti from the Directorate for Protection and Rescue as an expression of gratitude to the Czech Republic for its prompt and dedicated assistance to the Republic of North Macedonia in resolving the crisis with Covid-19.
