H.E. Miroslav Toman, Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Skopje inaugurated the festival with his speech during the opening ceremony. Two Czech bands performed at the festival with Czech singer Bára Zmeková and her band opening the festival on 28.11.2019. Bára Zmeková is a composer and multi-instrumentalist moving between jazz, folk, classical music and fine electronics. Listeners her concerts called "soul trip" or "poetry in music" what convinced the audience in Skopje.  On 30 November 2019, Ette Enaka, a young South Moravian indie rock band, also performed.
