Celebration of the National Day of the Czech Republic

October 28, 2021, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Skopje organized celebrations of the National Day of the Czech Republic in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Skopje. On this occassion, the Museum staff prepared a small exhibition of selected pieces of art by Czech artists. Guests had opportunity to enjoye the music performances of the pianist Boban Mirkovski and students of the Roma Rock School. Their performance was at the same time a closing ceremony of the small development project „Music as a tool of social change“ which was financed in the framework of the Czech development assistance.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani was among the guests. In his speech, he appreciated highly the excellent bilateral relations and expressed his gratitude for the support to his country from the part of both Czech Republic and Ambassador Miroslav Toman personally.
