On 20 September 2025, the Study in Europe 2025 education fair took place at Chijmes Hall in Singapore. The event attracted more than 2,200 visitors seeking information about study opportunities in Europe. The Czech Republic participated actively through the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Singapore, which presented study opportunities at Czech universities throughout the day
Twenty European countries showcased a wide range of English‑taught study programmes, scholarships, and exchange opportunities. The Czech booth offered useful information about studying in the Czech Republic – from bachelor’s and master’s programmes to doctoral studies.
Visitors were interested not only in the high quality of the Czech education system, but also in life in the Czech Republic, its rich culture, history, and strategic location in the heart of Europe.
Supporting academic mobility and openness towards international students is among the long‑term priorities of the Czech Republic. The Study in Europe fair provides young people in Singapore with the opportunity to discover Czech universities and confirms that interest in studying in our country continues to grow.
The event was held under the auspices of the Delegation of the European Union to Singapore and once again highlighted the importance of international education as a bridge between Europe and Asia. The participation of the Czech Republic further strengthened awareness of the quality and attractiveness of Czech higher education among Singaporean students.
