The Czech, French and Swedish Embassies in cooperation with the EU Delegation in Singapore cordially invite you for a Film Festival on the topic of sustainability from 19th to 22nd of September 2022!
Our planet is warming up by an alarming rate and it is high time that each and every one of us took action in many areas of our lives. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, gives us a useful draft how to change our behaviour and help the planet. Get inspired by the Sustainability Film Festival's screenings mainly focusing on the 3 Sustainable Development Goals:

"Zátopek"

The inspiring story of Emil Zátopek, famous Czech marathon runner, told at a turning point in time. His motto: "When you can't run anymore, run faster!"

21 September, 6,30pm, Alliance Francaise
For six years, Melati, 18, has been fighting the plastic pollution that is ravaging her country, Indonesia. Like her, a generation is rising up to fix the world. Everywhere, teenagers and young adults are fighting for human rights, the climate, freedom of expression, social justice, access to education or food. Dignity. Alone against all odds, sometimes risking their lives and safety, they protect, denounce and care for others. The earth. And they change everything.
