According to the Korea Ambassador Culture and Friendship Association, who partook in the conferment decisions, this award recognizes the Czech Ambassador’s outstanding activities to commemorate and promote the 30th Korean-Czech Diplomatic Anniversary, as well as his significant efforts made for the bilateral economic cooperation between the two countries.
