Czech companies learned about opportunities to expand their products into South Korea through online sales platforms

In mid-June this year, a unique economic diplomacy event was held in Prague focused on helping Czech companies enter South Korean online sales platforms. The Korean market is the fourth largest in the world and, per capita, the largest, with a value of USD 3,749 per person. The full-day seminar connected around thirty Czech companies with representatives of consulting firms and the leading Korean platform Coupang, which has more than 33 million users. It provided businesses with practical information as well as individual consultations needed for potential expansion in this direction.
