Those who attended the event included Speaker Markéta Pekarová Adamová and the business delegation from the Czech side and Busan Mayor Park Heong-joon, Chairperson of the Busan Metropolitan Council Ahn Sung-Min, and Nexen Group Vice Chairman as well as the Honorary Consul of Czechia Kang Ho-chan from the Korean side. The attendants discussed cooperation between the two countries and the support for Korea's bid for the 2030 Busan World Expo.

The opening ceremony of the Honorary Consulate of Czechia in Busan consolidated the partnership between Korea and Czechia. The honorary consulate opened in June last year on the 2nd floor of KNN Tower in Busan's Centum City, Haeundae-gu District.
